A recap of the day real estate agents across Central Texas spent learning, connecting, and getting ready to sell smarter.
On August 26th, agents from all over Central Texas filled the Austin Board of Realtors for the Elevate Training Summit, a free training event hosted by Stephanie Perez. It was one of those days where the value was easy to see in the room itself: full seats, good energy, and a lot of agents taking notes they were clearly planning to use.
There was coffee in the morning, lunch in between sessions, and plenty of time built in for agents to actually talk to each other, not just sit and listen.
The training was hands-on. This wasn’t a lecture agents sat through and forgot by the parking lot. Every session was built to hand agents something they could use that same week: better ways to talk to sellers, tighter listing strategies, and a sharper read on the market they work in every day.
The relationships were the real win. Ask most agents what stuck with them and it probably wasn’t a slide. It was the conversation over coffee before the first session, the lunch table where two strangers turned into a new contact, or the agent two seats over who became someone they’ll actually call next time they need advice. That part of the day doesn’t fully translate to video, but it’s a big reason these events matter.
This is only the beginning. The Elevate Training Summit isn’t a one time thing. Stephanie plans to keep bringing this kind of training to agents on a regular basis, so if you missed this one, there’s another chance coming.
