Free to use
Any website or newsletter can publish these cards at no cost. We ask one thing in return: leave the links to the source report in place, so readers can check the figures.
What the numbers are
Every figure comes from Unlock MLS (ACTRIS) through MLS Grid, analyzed by Watters International Realty, and each card states its as-of date. The figures describe a neighborhood, ZIP code or city. They are not a valuation of any one home.
When they change
We refresh the reports as new MLS data comes in, and every card links to the current report. To update a card’s own figures, copy it again from this page.
